We are excited to be running our Fete of the Planet sustainability fair again at the Lantern Centre, Ilfracombe.

The free event, suitable for the whole family, will run from 10am - 3pm on Saturday 9th April. There will be a host of exciting things on during the event, including:

• Stalls showcasing Ilfracombe's best eco-wares
• Local organisations explaining how they're encouraging North Devon to reduce its carbon footprint and help nature recover
• Talks from some of our closest project friends on sustainability and climate awareness in our area
• An Easter egg hunt with chocolate prizes, made locally
• Plastic Free North Devon will be bringing their VR headsets to immerse yourself in nature. They will be doing a craft table where children can make their own musical instruments out of recycling, and also a drawing corner where they can draw what planet Earth means to them. This will be displayed in our shop after the event
• Craft stalls where you can make your own Easter egg holders
• Food and drink

This free event is all in aid of raising awareness for our planet and promoting the ways we can tackle the climate crisis, slow the affects of climate change and help nature recover as a community.
